Correction in sale deed to apply for pradhan mantri awas yojna

Dear Sir, I have purchased one Flat and taken Loan from Bank 1 year back and I have also applied for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna . Recently I have approched to the bank regarding subsidy but bankers says that Name of the female is not in your Sale Deed, Correct the Deed and then submit it to bank and submit fresh application. Two Months back, I have corrected my name through official gazzette and updated my KYC Documents. Original Registry copy is with Bank. Can I correct my sale deed by using corrected name and addition of Female name in my Sale deed ? What will be approximate charges for the same ? Is any one have Draft Sale Deed copy which is fulfil the conditions given under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna ?. Please provide the same. Thanks in Advance.
You can not add name of your wife or any female in the Sale Deed already executed. for this you will have to either transfer or donate 50% of undivided share and interest in the said property to your spouse. but if the property is already mortgaged in the Bank in your personal capacity in that eventuallity you will have to liquidate the said loan first then only you can execute the suggested documents

You need to execute correction deed, that can be executed on a 500 stamp paper and registration charges , no need to bring original copy of Sale deed,
