College not returning my documents and demanding semester fees that I have not attended and completed so far as I did not satisfied with the education provided.also they did not provided me with the study material and uniform.
College cannot withhold student' documents. Firstly, You may issue a legal notice to college to return your documents. If they fail to do so, you may file a complaint before local police station under section 406 of IPC. You may file consumer complaint against the college before consumer forum for unfair trade practice.

Complete Information of the College required there terms and condition documents at the time of taking admission ,they have no right to hold your original legal document i have to first see the copy of there terms and condition..!!
