Clarification on reservation for jats in UP

Is there still uttar pradesh's jats have reservation in central ?
In my opinion the Jats are put under the OBC categary and do enjoy a quota in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Though this quota was supposed to have been dissolved as per an order of the SC in 2015 but it still exists.
And No, the jats do not enjoy any quota/reservation on a Central level as yet.
