The Kerala cabinet has decided to extend the revised creamy layer annual income criteria of Rs six lakh among other backward communities for getting educational benefits.
Admittedly your annual income is above 8 lakhs. So she will ome under OBC NCL

But ,please establish that, your total income for an year is less than 6 lakhs with support of documents.

We can file a Writ petition before the High court to get a certificate from Village officer, if she refuse to give such certificate.

The query is incomplete. You are, obviously, working abroad and having substantial income. Then, why you are posing a riddle simply based on the inadequate information of the alleged rental income. Moreover, your daughter is just in the process of applying for the entrance exam. The present priority should be in her doing well in the entrance.

Hai,
The said classification is based on case, OBC NCl - Other Backward Community - Non-Creamy Layer is determined only on two basis- the student's derived caste n income of parents. Looking into the salary criteria u are seemed out from the privilege. The option left is that u need to produce a less salaried certificate attested by the embassy before the authorized officer[village officer] to get it cleared, will post a webpage so that u can clarify on ur caste table..
There are a set of orders in the way... just go through the table.
