i have decreed in my favour as the absolute owner in declaration suit but i am not able to change the revenue records Ec sale bbmp records are still in defendants name How will I change to my name I have a doubt that defendant has gone for appeal but I have not received any notice from highl court How to check whether defendant has gone for appeal
