Changed name through gazette how can I change name in certificates

I have change my surname in gazzete now i want know that my certificates is in old surname so when i am going to apply for any job which surname i should write in the form plese give me information about it i am totally confused.
You can change your identity proofs with a new name by putting a gazetted proof you are having viz PAN CARD OR DRIVING LICENSE. University issued certificates can't be change. Apply job with new surname as many of organizations are aware of possibility of surname change after marriage.
