Caste Certificate From Ranchi district, Jharkhand

My father is using the surname Karmakar in all documents in West Bengal. My paternal relative is using the kerketta surname in Jharkhand. My paternal relative has ST certificate with surname kerketta. We are facing problem to apply ST certificate because our surname different from my paternal relative. Please advise how to prove ourselves ST with help of our origin and relative caste certificate of Jharkhand.
As per law you have to file one case before Civil court for declaration of your surname where you have to lead evidence with respect to surname, thereafter, court will pass the order for the same. Feel free then call
