Can reply of a legal notice be sent via email, please suggest.

SIR/MADAM, WHETHER WE CAN FILE A REPLY TO A LEGAL NOTICE VIA EMAIL.

Yes..it can be done...But the matter is that the letter must be reached the person who sent it. If the lawyer give you any reply through his mail id then it is ok.We got the confirmation that he got the knowledge about our reply notice.

Actually v can. But the mode f usage is different for different kinds f cases. Even though in several decissions of our various courts clearly shows that its acceptable as valid under various circumstances, its convinent n legal value higher if we make it a hard copy rather than soft copy

Facts posted are sketchy. How was the legal notice served upon you? What is the subject matter? Why you want to be specific in replying through e-mail. What prevents you from sending a hard copy.

Anyhow, the prudent course would be reply even if through e-mail to be confirmed through a hard copy by registered post.

You can reply to a legal notice by email if the email address is given in the legal notice, but if the sender denies that he/she does not got or received your reply notice you have to prove the service of notice so it is always better to send reply notice by registered post with A/D so that postal receipt / A/D card will prove the issuance/service of reply notice.
