Can registration of land which is in agreement since 2015 be done now?

Dear Sir/Madam My father made a agreement in Mar 2015 of a agriculture land with of SC(Schedule Caste). according to statement of agreement, registration of the same land was to be after the land declared as non agriculture (Residential) i.e under section 143. Now the land declared as non agriculture in Apr 2017. please guide us whether we can registered the land as per old rate of agreement.

Your query is not very clear but, It is advisable that the registration of land be done on fresh basis as now the status of the land has changed. A new agreement may be made which may/may not carry the same rate of the land, the same can be resolved on the basis of pre-understanding and presence of an old contingent agreement.
