Can registration documents be used as an evidence in court

12-Jun-2023 (In Documentation Law)
We have a shop in Honda, my grandfather bought it from his two brothers who're died now. At the time of paper making they didn't go to court, they just bought a 10rs stamp paper and write the things up then take signature of two witness. Now we want to sell this shop but didn't have any court papers, can we make a new court paper based on old one or anything. My grandfather bought couple of lands from his brothers after this shop and all are registered in court, so can we use this document as an evidence? Please guide us through, waiting for reply.

Document on 10 Rs stamp paper is not valid. It does not create any ownership or title of the shop. You can not get registration on the basis of old paper of 10 Rs. Other registered documents of land can not be used as an evidence for getting registration of shop. In short you can not sell shop without having proper registered document in your name.
