Can parents change their ward's name without the minor's consent? I'm 16 years old and I made it clear to my parent that I do not want my name changed but they're still changing it without my consent.
As u are minor u cannot appear before court and on your behalf your parents have the power to file and get your name changed but think why they are changing would be question to be clarified by u and enquir it
