Can I return property received by settlement deed through another deed

can i return a property to my father received via settlement deed from him using another settlement deed? if so whar are all the points should i take care?

A settlement deed made in your favor cannot be returned just like that as per your wish.

you can execute a registered gift deed in his favor or
you can enter into a registered exchange deed or
you can execute a registered sale deed

Any transfer of immovable property shall be made by a registered deed only.
An unregistered deed is not valid in the eye of law.

Yes within family it is possible to settle to others. The registration charges will be approximately the same if your settlement had taken place near past.
