Can child get in ancestral property if born from unregistered marriage

i didnt registered my marriage.we married 5yrs back.child is 2 yr old.if we do register marriage is their any problem for the child to get his ancestral property.please do reply

No problem. No marriage is required to be registered for the purpose of inheritance of ancestral property to your legal heirs. Hope the records of your legal heirs proves that they are your legal heirs. You can even now register your marriage since the marriage date.

Hai.
by register do u mean solemnization or is it like a living together relationship. Whatever it be the child will get share f ancestral property. Only illegitimate children that are born outside wedlock gets share hardly.

No,please register your maŕriage immediatly. unless it will creates some problems in future. Now, as per law, marriage registration is mandatory.
He will get the ancestoral property,even if no valid marriage is in exist.

The child is the legal heir to the parents, irrespective of whether the marriage is registered or otherwise, or even if irregular or not lawful. However, the question is whether the property really ancestral. It may be that you are mistaken.
