Can a property given by Gift deed, taken back by the same person

My grandmother gifted some properties to her kids with love and affection without any condition on 2002.can she retake or cancel that gift by anyway ?

Why she cancel the gift and resume the property? The Senior Citizen's Act enables the grandmother if the gift was made conditional to the beneficiaries taking care of the donor. Recently, ther have been decisions which enables the senior citizens to do so even in the absence of express conditions.
