Can a daughter claim her right in property of mother?

The said property is a residential property which was purchased by my father in 2003 in joint name( first name of my father and second name of my mother).This property is his self acquired property. My father died in 2011.He had already made a Registered WILL in which he mentioned that all movable and immovable property will belong to his wife(i.e, my mother) after his demise. So after the death of my father, my mother became the sole owner of the said property by virtue of WILL and his death Certificate.I got the BSES electricity meter and Delhi Jal Board water meter transferred in my mothers name by virtue of my father's WILL and his death Certificate.Also we are giving house Tax in my mother's name after my father's death. My mother also has made Registered WILL in 2005 in which she has stated that if she expires before her husband(i.e., my father) then all movable and immovable property will belong to her husband(i.e., my father). and if her husband expires earlier than her than

yes the the daughter can claim her rights in the property of ur father. after your fathers death as per your fathers will ur mother become sole owner. and at present ur mother is owner now if u want to claom tht property as daughter of the father then you can claim tht .

Whether you have a right in the property of your parents, now your mother depends upon the contents of your mother’s will. Since it is a self acquired property the same devolve upon the children of the testator according to the will, provided the will is valid in law
