Hello,
To get your birth certificate at this stage you need to do the following-
1. Approach the District Magistrate of your jurisdiction through an Advocate asking him to order the Local Municipal office to issue you a birth certificate.
Documents required are-
-Your school leaving certificate.
-An Affidavit by your parent/brother/sister/uncle/aunt or any close relative testifying to your birth date and year.
-An identity proof like ration card, voter id etc.
- A photo for your application form.
2. Upon verification of these documents the Court shall issue an order directing the Municipal office to issue your birth certificate.
