Dear sir, my name is rahul and I am from haryana , I took admission in t.John college ,bangalore in 2016 , now because of some financial issue I cannot continue the course but college is refusing to give certificate back .until I pay my full course fee. If there is anyway to get my certificate back please tell me it will be a great help.

As there are college rules and regulations please refer it since the seat haas filled by u and they need that seat could be filled by some one u know or through u so do it or else meet an advocate issue legal notice as it takes time in legal proceeding sit and settle issue amicably or one year academic would be lost.
