Dear sir my name is salupala Sunil s/o saluplala sadhanandam. I recently applied for the post of RRB GROUP D in the application I mentioned that SUNIL SALUPALA S/O SADHANANDAM. Except this application in every study certificate and all govt proof mentioned that SALUPALA SUNIL S/O SALUPALA SADHANANDAM. I got short listed for the document verification. Now they are asking for affidavit with the SWRON IN FRONT OF 1 ST CLASS JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE AFFIDAVIT CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT THIS.

Hello Sunil... prepare an affidavit on Rs. 20/- stamp paper and submit before the 1st class magistrate of ur area. A local advocate can help u in this. U need to personally present before the magistrate with original identity proof... Its a simple process...but may take away ur entirr day. All the best
