yes I am married for more than 8 years and like to seek divorce

I am a Hindu lady, graduated and got married before 8 years. I have a female kid of 7 years old. I got married in 2012, my husband is working in IT after we gave hectic dowry marriage had held and first, we stayed with inlaws in a joint family. Full torture, full abusing, full householdworks inlaws tortured me to an extent. So my parents arranged a separate family, by bought a flat giving half money for it and my husband put loan half amount with both me and hubby joint ownership of the flat. after delivery my mom about to help me. but my hubby scolded get out of the flat, if she comes inside her inlaws also will come. So in the police station, they made a statement none of the family members should come. But as a woman, I am facing a lot of stress to bring up the baby without anybody's help. after surgery health also down. forgoing job also no opportunity where I will leave my child. If I ask anything my husband is about to beat me. What I can do at this strange moment?

It looks like a lot has happened in your life... Grievances apart, it always depends on what you want in your life, considering the future of the child. If you want the marital relationship to continue then you need to maintain the status quo. Otherwise you have to approach the court for appropriate reliefs. So, it depends on what you want... Think it over and decide wisely.

it is you should decide your own life Dilbar husband whether you are going to live together or you want to separate from your husband first you should decide if you want to live together you both are residing in a same house so there is no provision the law when they are residing in the same house we can file a petition to live together Michelle separation also you can file when an extraordinary circumstances a new faces cruelty from your husband even you can file divorce petition also but you want to live together then you should make a amicable and peaceful settlement between you and your husband through how many mediators auto family members because the strained relationship can be issued only through some sort of mediation
