BOTH RC CHRISTIANS BOTH UNEMPLOYED . NOW WIFE ASKING FOR PROPERTY OF HUSBANDS, & ALIMONY MAINTENANCE . HAS PUT LOTS OF ALLEGATIONS ,n PROPERTY BELONGS TO MOTHER AND SON JOINTLY . NOTHING HAS BEEN GIVEN BY WIFE . ITS ANCESTRAL AND SOME ACQUIRED JOINTLY WITH HARD SAVING OF MOTHER AND SON . PERIOD WHCIH BOTH MARRIED 6 YEARS

okay I understand your questions so now wife asking alemony and property from husband but he didn't agreed divorce case pending in court so you have to proov it in court he have property ansistral and self aquired so your child have right in property so you file it partician case also so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, Be informed that wife is not entitled for any share in the property jointly owned by you with your mother. If that property generate any income and if you are able to earn something then she can claim monthly Maintenance. You can deny giving of alimony because she may take such amount and get marry another person.
