Women Cell Complaint Withdrawl repercussions!

My husband sent me a legal notice to build grounds for divorce but am not willing to file for divorce so I filed a complaint in Women cell. My husband appeared in all the 3 counseling so far out of which 2 was heated arguments and in 3rd he requested sometime to think if he wants to reconcile. Now when 4th date is near he has started pressuring me to close the complaint then post this only he will think if he wants to reconcile or not. Kindly, advise what can be effects of withdrawing complaint

If you want to close the complaint then you should not do so without signing a settlement deed or an MOU wherein all the relevant terms and conditions of settlement should be mentioned. Based upon the said MOU, you can withdraw your compliant.
