Without reasonable excuse wife left me and our daughter since 2 years

How can I get divoce when husband left Me. I had give nher notice as Below: You has left me and our daughter 0n 1st May 2021, last resided in Mangalore as husband & wife without any reasonable excuse, to return. Notice is a family matter, I hereby instruct you in your own interest to rejoin us and perform your matrimonial obligations, for which I have the legal right and also rejoin my house within 14 days otherwise I has to institute further action.nWhat next ?

Dear Madam, It seems your husband left your company voluntarily about two years back. Thus, you can file Divorce case against your husband both under sub-sections (1a) and (1b) of Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act and also get alimony for yourself and maintenance for your children. Shrinking his responsibility to maintain yourself and your children is nothing but direct cruelty as such you can file maintenance case also.
