without paying maintenance or other legal options for Divorce

Hi,
Date of Marriage-16-02-2010
we were lived alone (without parents) and we don't have a baby till now. We never fight(don't have any case against me like - domestic or other as well)
Her Qualification-MA english but not working
She usually left my home without informing me
Earlier she left my home in-Oct 2015, I have filled a missing FIR and also registered "restitution of conjugal" at Pune and she never received notice.
After 2 month she registered "maintenance" section-125 at rishikesh and i had appeared for 2 dates and latter on she is ready to live with me. Her Section 125 is dismissed and my "restitution of conjugal" is dismissed after 6 months.
Due to some reason, I left my job on 18-March-2019 and informed to my wife. I went to office for submitting my resignation and come back at around 5 PM.
Again she left my home without informing me. Six months i didn't received any call. I call to her multiple times but she is refusing to come back.
Please suggest best legal advice.
u once again file a suit for restitution of conjugal right in family court and if she not come with you after the decree of suit u file a case of divorce on the ground of this decree. the next option with u is contact her and ask to live with u and she is not ready then ask for mutual divorce

Have you lodge any missing report this time? if not then please send a legal notice to your wife to live with you. if she failed to come back or didn't send any reply to your notice then file a petition against your wife for restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of hindu marriage act.
