Without informing about divorce, is it illegal to marry again??

If I'm divorced from my wife, and for second marriage i didn't revealed about my divorce, so is it illegal?

every piece of information must be disclosed and it's your duty towards your wife, if you do not disclose earlier marriage you might face consequences and she may file divorce or cheating case against you

Dear Sir, Anyway you have taken legal divorce and informing or non-informing to your second wife is immaterial. It is the duty of your second wife and her parents to enquire whether you had married earlier. If there is any issue you can say that you have already informed them orally about your earlier divorce.
