Without documents applying divorce and minimum time limit of Exparte d

Hi Sir/Mam I am from baloda Bazar district chhattisgarh.i got married in just one and half an years ago.I got married in Hindu rituals but now I don't have invitation card,marriage certificate and marriage pic also.So can I go for applying divorce without documents.And also can I get Exparte divorce within 3 months.What is the minimum duration to get Exparte divorce as I know the opposite party won't appear the court.

If you have child so it means you have proof of marriage with him and if you don’t have any proof of marriage so there is no issues you can file a divorce case in family court and if you already filled a case of divorce and if he is not appearing in court so you can tell the court to do ex parte order and judge can do exparte easily if he not coming to court after getting summons from the court . you can file a divorce case and take xparty order and get divorce as soon as possible but if can not say within three months you can get divorce it takes may be some time but if you can file mutual Divorce then get divorce easily
