Withdrawal of petition after stay from supreme court

My wife has applied for transfer petition at supreme court and stay on further proceedings is issued. Can I withdraw my petition after stay order issued by Supreme court.

Well, I have to go through the Petition first along with the Stay Order granted to your Wife to give you legal consultation regards whether you can withdraw your Petition or not! If your Petition is lacking in terms of merits, don't have description of the concerned laws as per which you are praying legal remedies before the court, then, you should withdraw the Petition and get it redrafted for the purpose of filing in SC.

An unconditional withdrawal is not barred. However the wording of the stay order would be relevant before opining further. for further assistance please share the relevant order ________________________________________________
