If consent is made out of fear, fraud or pressure, the same can be assailed or withdrawn. There needs to be appropriate reason for the same which is to be satisfied in the court. For any further clarification please feel free to contact Thanks

Sir As per the recent judgement of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi titled Rajat v. Roopali, if the statements of parties haven't been recorded in 1st motion, the parties can withdraw their respective consents but not after the statements have been recorded as it would make the parties liable to be prosecuted for committing contempt of Court. You need to hire expert advocate in this regard, even if u m deny executing divorce despite of signing MOU n deeds, then also no one can force u to come to court for divorce. But it’s better we issue them one legal notice about the same n if u have taken anything we will offer them to collect or if u have given any thing we will ask them to return Be in touch
