Withdrawal of Annulment Case but lawyer not responding

HiI have filled for annulment due to fear and wrong advice of lawyer. Now, I want to withdraw it but he is not responding and making excuses. What should I do now? There are 10 days left for first hearnig. Can I give withdrawal application myself or do I need my lawyer to be present or do I need any noc from my lawyer?

Dear Sir Get issue a notice by yourself by speed post, email, wattsapp and sms terminating his services. Then file an application before the Court that you appear in person. Thus you can also file WITHDRAW MEMO and get it withdrawn instantanly on the day if hearing. Thus you may come to safer zone.

hi. you can withdraw case even without your advocate. but depends on court, few court will allow you to withdraw without lawyer, few court will not, if your lawyer is not responding then you can send him notice not to appear and you can engage new lawyer to withdraw the case. for any clarifications please feel free to contact me.
