Withdrawal of 498a case according to MOU

18-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I had filed for 498a case case and several other cases... Now there is a settlement being reached... I have to withdraw the case in the settlement.... But I read online that withdrawal for 498 has to approved by high court? If yes then is it necessary I have to be physically present in the high court session or is a signed affidavit enough

withdrawal of complaint can be done at the court where ur cases are pending. consult an advocate of your choice and file a petition by mentioning about the MOU and so that the cases can be withdrawn.
