And my problem here is I have applied for US VISA stating my marital status as SINGLE, as my marriage was not registered yet and I m in no interest to get that registered now. Please let me know will I have any problems during the VISA process.
From your query it is clear that 1. That it is a fact You are married woman. 2. That Your marriage is not registered 3.You are not legally divorced as yet.
You have not mentioned when did you apply for US VISA I mean date of submitting the application. Was it before marriage. What is the ground for your claim for divorce. What category of US VISA you have applied. After getting the details further clarification can be given.

Hi
Since your marriage is yet to be registered, you can choose to hide the fact of your marriage and the impending divorce.
In general, US embassy, looks at credentials of candidates and not marital status.
