sir the point of maintenance will only be raised if she decides to file a petition to the same effect in the court. and if that happens then yes, you will have to pay maintenance to her. for further queries please feel free to contact

Your wife & ex-wife can file case on you under 125 CrPC or DV Act for Maintenance…if your current wife is working n have a good source of income then you might take this plea in the court and if not then you need to calculate your expenses n manage your investment to get rid of giving minimum maintenance..

You need not leave your daughter. She’s also your legal heir and entitled for the same rights as your wife’s son. As far as the maintenance is concerned she can claim the maintenance but only if she applies for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

According to the relevant laws, you are obligated to maintain your children and second wife. First of all, your wife cannot pressurise you to abandon your daughter, you can certainly file a complaint against her. Secondly, if in case she initiates a case against you for maintenance, then the best plea you can take is of her income being more than you but you certainly need to prove the same. If you are not able to do so then in that case you will be obligated to maintain her. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.

Sir, Your second wife is your legally wedded wife so she has all the right to claim maintenance. It is just that you can take some steps prior she taking some like you can file complaint against your wife that she tortures you and your daughter.
