WILL SC TRANSFER DV ACT CASE IF WE ALREADY FILED VAKALATH

31-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed DV Act case in her city, which is in a different state. We filed Vakalath there. It is in a different state and case is also against my old parents who can't travel due to age. Can I petition Supreme Court to transfer DV Act case even after we filed Vakalath in that Court (SDJM) there?

It seems that your wife has filed a transfer petition in the Supreme Court trying to transfer the case in her native place. Let me tell you that if you see the record or the history of Supreme Court all the transfer petitions pertaining to the wife seeking transfer has been decided in favour of the petitioner that is the wife so yes she can file the transfer petition and chances are also there know that the cases are transferred to her native place for more details you can contact me I have dictated the answers are there may be some possibility of typographical error thank you
