WILL SC TRANSFER DV ACT CASE IF WE ALREADY FILED VAKALATH

My wife filed DV Act case in her city, which is in a different state. We filed Vakalath there. It is in a different state and case is also against my old parents who can't travel due to age.
Can I petition Supreme Court to transfer DV Act case even after we filed Vakalath in that Court (SDJM) there?
It seems that your wife has filed a transfer petition in the Supreme Court trying to transfer the case in her native place. yes you can file transfer petition before supreme court even after filing vakalatnama. There is no rule in that regad with this situation that transfer petition can't be filed after filing of vakalatnama
