Will my wife be the owner of her jewellery after our divorce

22-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
If I get divorced with my wife, should I come in the definition of jewelery given to her during marriage? And if I get divorced, do I have to give my jewelry to her?

Jewelary and gifts given to a girl at the time of marriage by inlaws and parents or relatives is come under the definition of "streedhan". Every women have absolute ownership on her "streedhan" . thus jewelary given by you at the time of martiage to your wife is " streedhan" of your wife and she have her right on it. You have to give jewelary to your wife after divorce also if she claims "streedhan".
