19-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
So my parents are divorced for more than 15-16 years I live with my father's family....my father has already married and I have a step mother I am dating a guy for a year or so... Recently My mother remarried which I wasn't aware of and it happens to be my boyfriend's uncle (boyfriend's grandfather's brother's son) which now makes his uncle as my stepfather Can I still marry my current boyfriend?

yes you can still marry your present boyfriend as every child born as per law is considered to take upon fathers lineage and not mothers so get your marriage registered before any objection arises ever as you were not aware of your mothers marriage let your mother not be aware too

Yes there is no problem at all if you marry your boyfriend, your parents have married different individuals, if you both are adults as per any government recognized Certificate, you can choose your own partner to marry as per court
