Will my daughter with me throughout my life.

I got married 4 years ago I have 2 year old daughter whom I am breastfeeding.
My husband assualted my verbally and physically.i want to file a divorce.I need my daughter she is my life
But he needs my daughter too.
Is there any chance he get custody of my child.i don't need alimony I can raise my child with my money
You can get the custody of your child as per the prevailing rulings, if your husband agrees for mutual divorce; then approach any divorce lawyer and file divorce before competent court based on your jurisdiction.
If your husband denies to give you divorce, you can file a contested divorce case with allegations along with substantial evidence against your husband; and proceed further legally.

I appreciate your optimism and self-confidence. Nobody can take away your daughter from you, including your husband. You will have the full custody of your daughter. There is only remote to no chance of getting full custody of your daughter. But he is entitled to visitation rights that, too, with conditions given the tender age of the child. No need for you to worry, and you can go ahead with filing divorce petition if it is necessary.
