is medical report from private clinic admissible in court? depression prescription from private clinic after i came to my parental home, but i am depressed because of matrimonial family. can i also write letter to megistrate for filing DV case after we filed police complain, FIR not written yet. i complain in july, FIR is not being lodged by police till october, 3 failed counselling, last was in august

Hello, you have to file application under sec 156 of CrPC for investigation in your matter. you can also file private complaint petition before JMFC court. if you insist to follow for registering an FIR then you have approach High rank police officer.
