will i get housing loan as my divorce case is still pending. advice si

i applied for divorce in 2019 april, got married 2017 december. divorce case still going on. but i am planning to buy house using housing loan; i am male. will i get housing loan from bank. kindly advice me sir; are you seeing any problem in this. your advice will be helpful.

Dear client According to your issue, not advisable to get housing loan right now, after getting order favourably for you in the the court only you can do that. otherwise if your wife claims, the Honorable Court may be consider it. for more help contact me through Lawrato.

In your case, yes you can buy a property through a loan. Your bank will assess your repayment capacity while deciding the home loan eligibility. Never bank-owned interfere with your personal (Divorce) life and you can show your personal liability to the court if your wife filed any maintenance petition against you.
