Will court grant divorce to husband without my consent based on false allegations filed by him ? Will he get divorce without my consent even if I'm contesting? And can I file sec 10 498a maintenance and DVC to avoid divorce? We don't have any children how much interim maintenance can u claim monthly as our marital period is short time

hi court would grant only divorce on after considering the issues involved and you cpuld contest the same by hring lawyer and defend your stand and you could file for maintenance, 498A and also for domestic violence casea

The court has to be satisfied for the allegations raised against you, Yes you can file the above cases if you have cogent proofs to stand them or it will go against. Maintenance depends on his earnings and your monthly expenditure been made while you were in wedlock.
