will alimony be granted if husband files divorce case

Husband applied divorce based on cruelty. will wife be eligible for maintenance/alimony under HMA 24?
Currently wife is working in MNC and getting 50k per month and husband gets 80k per month and no kids. Marriage duration is 1.5 years.
if the husband is able to prove in Court cruelty by wife and as wife is earning well the chances of wife getting maintenance and alimony are less. but cruelty is not an easy thing to prove in court. what proof the husband has will decide the matter.

Dear Madam,
You are entitled for some Maintenance depending upon your expenses and expenses of your husband. Anyway you can file Maintenance case under section 125 CrPC wherein you will get exparte interim Maintenance immediately. For time being you must say that you are resigning your job due to mental torture and having filed divorce petition by your husband.
