Will a judgement of divorce from kuwait court be valid in india

Me and my ex-wife are Christians and working in Kuwait . She attained a Divorce judgement from Kuwait Court for which I did not contest even though I was aware of it. I did not go for appeal since I was accepting the judgement. Is the Judgement valid in India.
IF both of you got married in India the divorce petition can be filed only in India.The divorce judjement obtained from the Kuwait court has no validity in India.It is immaterial whether you contested or not.
