Wife’s & Her Parents denying to return our home

Hi,
We got married recently around just 1 month, due to some words fights, my wife went to her mother home and she is not coming home for more than one month now.
When I called them they are using harsh words and saying she won’t come and my wife too saying she won’t come to my home and asking for separate city to live.
I & her had fight with words on both our parents, now what I have to do get her back ? Their parents are brain washing her to treat me as bad for one month and now she is completed changed.
We got to know that her mother had multiple marriages previously like her mother had three husband totally.
Now what I have to do ? Whether to wait for them for some period or send a notice to return ? They are black mailing not to come to there home.
I kept her like gold but her mother don’t like me and she always create bad name about me.

It seems you have had a rough start. it's common these days due to several reasons. At the moment, the appropriate option would be to send legal notice through Advocate to your wife asking her to join you at your place. Depending on her reply you can decide and take further steps.

if you want to live together then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights getting all the reasons and ask your wife to come to live with you through Court otherwise if you feel that a marriage is broken and it cannot be united then you go for null and void because it is a premature state file a divorce petition before one year no one can file divorce but you can go for null and void on the ground of non consummation of marriage but you should proceed legally because in the legal forum you have mediation and counseling and you can sort out the problem as soon as early if you give me a long period gap then it will make a huge gap between the marriage life so better you go for reconciliation or to reject the marriage anything you proceed legally
