Wife wants divorce without any valid ground

Sir, Wife want divorce ,she donot want to stay with her husband. There is no complain against husband. Can she file divorce stating it as a desire to start new life.
Under Hindu law we need to rely upon at least one ground of divorce. There's some grounds which might not to be proved.
We need to make a story based on the ground and file a divorce case.
But first ne need to see every documents from the beginning and if i find something by which best results can be achieved.

As per the evidence act, self incrimination is not accepted as standard of proof. In Indian society it is very hard for vicitmised married woman to stand testimony of trial. With proper counselling definitely the family mediation centre of the respective High court can be approached.

yes the wife can get divorce and file the same on the basic ground of non compatibility of mentality and hence she wants to part ways for betterment of each other without any qualms. it is one of best process if one doesnot wish to live with the other.
