Wife wants divorce, does not even want child custody, what to do

Wife doesn't want to continue with our marriage and not even taking care of children and I left home month ago with my three kids aged 16,13 & 10 because she continuesly threghtning for police complaint and even did so two times.
As I understand that your wife wants divorce. If you are also ready for the divorce you both can file a consent petition before the court. Regarding custody of the children you both have to decide mutually
