Wife wants divorce but i wouldn't, like to reconcile

My wife and I are married for 5 years we are hindu it's a love marriage she is living seperately for past 3 months she wants divorce on grounds that there is no love feelings for me she has not been harrased for dowry no cruelty sodomy or bigamy my parents have passed away I have supported her career all from beginning I would really like to work things out but she is not ready too, Can she get divorce on this grounds just because there is no love or feelings? Kindly help!

what I had understood till now as per your query, that your wife staying away or separated 3 months only one option is available with you before your wife file any other criminal case against you for DV case. you should immediately file file suit under section 9 Hindu Marriage Act to bring your wife back the retention of marriage future if your wife for divorce this will help you out thanks a lot

Hello, because there is no love and feelings she can request you for mutual consent divorce. Once you give your consent she will be free of this marriage. Marriage counseling is also necessary part to check whether you can work it out or not and you can go through counseling sessions before family court.

hi if you don't want divorce then you can counter her petition with restitution petition wherein you can demand restoration of marital rights you can also defend your case when you go for RCR if allegations are made against you in respect of dowry etc
