Wife told wrong age before marriage wants to file a case of divorce

Hello my friends was mairred on feb 17 after some time he realise that her wife and his faimly cheated by giving wrong biodata there is difference in two years of her age he is now very dipressed can he go court for divorce .? Above mention reason...
सिर्फ इस आधार पर कि लड़की की आयु उसके परिवार के द्वारा दिये गये बाॅयोडाटा में गलत दर्शायी गयी थी, तलाक मिलने की कोई सम्भावना नहीं है और ना ही यह पत्नी द्वारा पति से की गई किसी प्रकार की क्रूरता की श्रेणी में आता है।
अतः अपने मित्र को सलाह दें कि इन सब बातों को भूलकर अपने नये- नये दाम्पत्य जीवन का आनंद लें और जीवन में सकारात्मक सोच के साथ आगें बढ़े।

According to section 13 (1) Hindu Marriage Act the husband can file petition for divorce on the following grounds :-
1. Adultery
2. Cruelty
3. Desertion
4. Conversion of religion
5.Mental disorder
6. Leprosy
7. Venereal disease
8. Renunciation
9. Not heard alive for last seven years.
So according to above-mentioned grounds the case of your friend does not fall under any ground. Your friend can not seek divorce only on the ground that her wife concealed her real age . Any further information you can contact me for further advice

The only reason behind filing of divorce petition is age then it is not a valid ground for this.
If you have any other ground which is reasonable in he eye of law then you have the right to file divorce petition.
