Wife threats to file case for divorce

We are a family of 3. Me, my wife & 6 year girl We both are having a bad relationship for 4 years. Her complain is mental torture. Due to verbal fights, I decided to go out of house for some days thinking that things will settle. Staying separate for 4 months. She now wants a divorce and is saying to give a mutual one or she will file a case. Can I enter my house. Can she legally throw me out. The house is registered in both names, wife as owner and me as co owner.

Agar aapane apni kamai se Banaya Hoga to Aapka right hai otherwise aapki patni ka Adhikar hai Agar vah aapke sath Nahin Rahana chahti hai to aap mutual divorce Le len to theek hai aap kahan se baat kar rahe hain kahan per rahte hain aap

Dear Client, In such a situation, you have the right to enter the house without any hesitation, but if you have doubts, then approach authorities by way of written application as per divorce part is concern its all yours and your wife decisions.

sure you can enter your house it's your right to live in your house. if wife want to divorce then say her that you haven't any maintenance for giving you surely you can take mutual divorce. bcoz she still not interested to live long with you.
