Wife threatening to file false POSCO case

My friend's wife is constantly threatening him that she will file a false POSCO case with his own girl child. He is heartbroken now. Both of them are in divorce positions and preparing for the same. Still, she tortures him to meet her demands. What to do? He belongs to Hindu community.

immediately file a compalint against that lady and once you were not lodged any such, it will be tedious for you to get out from the probable false case to be filed against you by the lady you mentioned in your query

please file a complaint immediately that dhe is threatening to file posco and other cases to harass him very badly and to take necessary action against the same only to meet her demands. for further advice wnd clarification please contact in person
