First of all you need to make up your mind whether you want to continue your matrimonial life or not. If she’s threatening you for divorce then she will definitely file one due to her parent’s pressure. And concealment of fact don’t directly attract divorce but you can be booked under 420 IPC and is a ground for annulment of marriage. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

First of all it is very important in your case that you file a police complaint under section 500 6IPC for criminal intimidation and then you can pay and And further course of action will depend on whether you would want a divorce or you would want to stay with your wife as a couple and start afresh if you want to take a divorce then you have two options either to file for a mutual consent or to file a divorce under section 13 for contested divorce second if you want to stay with your wife and she is not ready to come back then you can file or an application under section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights thank you
