Only after 1 month of marriage, she started to demanding me to take separate home and live with her only without parents. I am from poor family and my dad lost his job many years ago. They are completely dependent on me. My wife is working women and gets 55000 salary per month. same as mine. She is giving travelling time issue to office as a reason as her office is at 2 hours journey by train in mumbai but she is not ready to switch job and look for companies nearby. Situation got worse since last month she went to her parents house after fighting and now giving me daily suicide threats if I dont agree to her demand of leaving my home & parents for her. She is still staying in her parents house. She did given all these threats on Whatsapp & call. I have messages as proof. please help.

It is important that whether we are going to leave with her or not and if we are ready to leave with her and she is denying to do so then we have to send a legal notice to her for cohabitation and if we don't want to live with her and if we want divorce then we can file a divorce case against her so choice is ours.

Hello,
You should immediately file a police complaint stating all this and i need be seek legal help to register one. Threatening of committing suicide is a punishable offence under IPC and so take action to safegaurd your interest. You can also file divorce by taking leave from court as your marriage has not completed one year.
