Wife threatening for amount for mutual divorce or she will go to court

Hi I had love marriage in Dec 2022 and we were in relationship from last 6 years. She is hindu and I am sikh. Our families discussed that she need to follow few rituals of ours they agreed but now she is not following and wanted to get mutaul divorShe threatened me that she will file case for conversion and for asking money from her. I borrowed some money before marriage. She want that back I agreed and ask for few days to arrange it but she wants all amount in on go and not giving time for that

You cannot file divorce within one year of marriage unless your wife is so unbearable that it is impossible to live with her. For proper guidance, visit my office at the High Court by taking a prior appointment.

U file a complaint to the senior police authorities against the threats given by her . File immediately a case under domestic violence against her as I have got it registered for one of my clients in indore . This will help u a lot and make ur case strong . Let me know what amount u borrowed and file a case for contested divorce on ground of cruelty rather than on mutual consent .Contact me .
